Here's exactly what happens to your document from the moment you upload it to the moment it appears in your vault.
Try it freeTake a photo with your phone or upload a PDF. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF. Maximum 20MB per file.
Note: Your file is encrypted immediately after upload — before any processing begins.
AWS Textract (primary) or Tesseract (fallback) extracts text from your document, including handwritten notes and tabular data.
Note: Image quality is scored first. If quality is too low for reliable extraction, we tell you immediately rather than guessing.
Claude (by Anthropic) converts the raw text into structured fields: test names, values, units, reference ranges, drug names, dosages, dates, and providers.
Note: The AI is configured to be conservative. If a value is unclear, it is flagged [UNREADABLE] — never auto-corrected or guessed.
Every extraction is presented for your review before being saved. Low-confidence fields are highlighted. You can edit any field directly in the interface.
Note: Nothing enters your vault until you click 'Confirm'. This is non-negotiable — we don't auto-ingest medical values.
The confirmed record appears in your health timeline. Lab values are plotted on trend charts. Prescription timelines are updated. Vaccination schedules are maintained.
Generate a time-limited, optionally password-protected link. Choose exactly which records to include. Your doctor sees a clean summary — no account needed.
Note: Every access to your share link is logged with the IP address and timestamp. You can see and revoke access at any time.
OCR and AI extraction can and do make mistakes. Numbers can be transposed, drug names misread, dates missed. The confirmation step exists precisely because of this. Always verify.
Ubiki organises your records — it does not diagnose, interpret, or provide medical advice. Anomaly alerts are informational. Always consult a qualified doctor.
