Ubiki is a personal health record platform. It helps you upload, organise, review, track and selectively share your health records.
Ubiki is not a hospital information system, not an insurance product, and not a medical advice service. It is designed to help you maintain and retrieve your own health information more easily.
Ubiki does not diagnose, prescribe, interpret symptoms, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Any extracted data, trend visualisations, reminders or abnormality indicators are informational only. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and consulting your clinician for medical decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, reviewing extracted data before confirming it, and using the service lawfully.
You must not upload records you do not have permission to manage, attempt to bypass security controls, misuse share links, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
Ubiki may use OCR and AI services to help structure uploaded documents into usable fields.
This assistance is review-first: nothing should be treated as final until you confirm it. AI extraction may be incomplete or incorrect, and you agree to verify important medical values before relying on them.
Ubiki is currently offered free during early access. We may introduce usage limits, paid plans or different packaging in the future as the product evolves.
If that changes, we will provide notice before any new paid plan or billing rule applies to existing users. Until then, the service is being offered without subscription charges.
We work to keep Ubiki secure, available and accurate in presentation, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free extraction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubiki is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for medical decisions, clinical outcomes, or losses caused by unreviewed or misunderstood extracted data.
